Product Description

Think kerf, slim plate, low tooth count and high hook/rake angle(18-20 degree) for effective feeding in ripping action, less cutting pressure and less waste of materials. 

High clearance angle(15 degree) and ample gullet for effective chipping and clearance.

Swallowtail shoulder is designed for antik kickback purpose, and  its ATB teeth grind allows it to crosscut well.

Recommended for ripping hard and soft wood.

This sawblade is featured also by the high quality TCT teeth(K20 equivalent) and heat-treated SK5 or AISI C1066 slim plate , CNC teeth & plate grinding, and strict DIN tolerance standard.

Theoretically, all machined products requires special processes for reducing their residual internal stress to improve the performance and prolong the life. This sawblade is treated with heat and vibratory tresss relief process,dynamic balancing process and dynamic straightening process to optimize the performance and prolong the tool life of the sawblade.

Strictly conforming to DIN stardands, both static and dynamic balance of the saw blade are better secured.
