Shipping Terms
The shipment will be processed within 24 hours after confirming payment. The shipping carrier will be DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT. Usually, it takes 3 to 5 working days for the delivery. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are responsibility of shipping service. Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty&Support Terms
The VOPTech Warranty Support Program provides predictable, no cost factory repair and technical support for the first 12 months after products purchase. This is done in conjunction with customer provided on-site labor resources.VOPTech has professional technical support team to facilitate problem solving and provide technical assistance.
1. All new products carry a 7-day no questions asked return policy on samples ordered as long as they are not damaged from the date of shipment.
2. All new products carry a 12-month warranty from date of shipment. Repair and repair parts are warranted for 90-day from date of repair.
3. Provide E-mail, telephone and Instant Message technical assistance.
4. Products returned to VopTech must be sent prepaid and packaged appropriately for shipment. VopTech will charge the custom clearance cost (if happens). Responsibility for loss or damage does not transfer to VopTech until the returned item is received by VopTech. The repaired or replaced item will be shipped to Customer, at VopTech's expense, not later than thirty (30) days after VopTech receives the defective product.
