Shipping

1)      We use international express delivery EMS to mail to mail item.

3)      If EMS can’t get your address, we’d like to use some other service such as Standard Airmail/UPS/DHL/TNT and so on.

Return policy

1)      We usually advise customer to contact our staff before sending dress back to us, as there maybe occasion when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.

2)      We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles. We will accept returns on standards sizes gowns in perfect brand new condition (no smoke scents, no make-up stains and no alterations).

3)      Dress must be received back to us within 7 days after your receipt.

4)      For exchanges, the buyers must pay all shipping/handling charges for returns.
