Product Description

Features and benefits:

Application scope:
It is mainly used for various small-sized leatheroid bricks and mosaics

Surface preparation:
1) The surface should be dry, clean, and free from oil stain and other loose substance
2) The surface should have a higher strength, with a basic evenness and verticality

Application:
1) Mix the adhesive power with water at a ratio of 25: (8~9) to be lump-free mixture;
then let it stand for 3-5 minutes, restir again. The product is now ready to
use
2) Use a notched apply to trowel the adhesive onto the substrate, with an area of
1m2 each time, then trowel a thin-layer adhesive on the back of tiles and fill
up adhesive to the grout joints. then paste tiles onto the substrate press and make
it firm

Dosage:
1) Uses 3 x 3mm notched trowel, approx. 2 ~ 2.5kg/m.m
2) The above-mentioned dosages are recommended for the even substrate

Precautions:
1) Before application, check the state of the substrate
2) This product had better be used at 5^oC∼40^oC
3) In summer, if the temperature of the substrate is too high ≥40^oC),damp
it with water, in case of too fast water shortage of the adhesive /on
the substrate and affecting quality
4) Do not mix the cured adhesive with water and reuse it
5) About 2-3 hours after application, use a piece of wet cloth done and sponge clear
the surface of the tiles
6) Following applications should be done more than 24 hours after this application

Shelf life:
It shall be stored in the cool and dry place, and can be stored for 1 year if not
opened.
