Do not take the measurements yourself. Ask a friend to help you or have your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress. Make sure to measure yourself (with undergarments only) and compare to the dress measurements listed with the gown. Keep in mind that Evening/Bridal dresses usually run differently (usually 1-2 sizes smaller) than daywear. please meausre based on the way below:

1. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return postage. Shipping and insurance wil be refunded too,but buyer's will bear the postage of return.

2. If your order has been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 business days.

3. If it is proved to be a wrong item or have a manufacturer defect, please send back the item and we will send you an replacement for free.
4. All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

5. Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
