Shipping & Postage

The item will be shipped from shanghhai within 3 days upon receipt of payment via international post. We usually accept UPS, EMS and DHL to dispatch goods. It will take about 7-14 days to reach you. Please allow a few days more in the peak season like Chinese New year holiday.

 
Return policy

We assure to send you the item of high quality.
If you are not satisfied or the item is broken when arrive, please do not unsealed the packing and send back to us within 3 days, we will send you replacement. Postage will be paid by buyer.

*For the reason that the producuts might be accidentally damaged in the process of transportation, the normal range of goods in poor condition should not be more than 10%. If the range is in 10%-30%, we will give our customers a 10% discount or compensate for the damage. Once the customers agree with us, we don't accept returns. In the event of overrange, we will resend the goods but the freight cost should be paid by customer. We will pay if we send wrong items/colors. We do not accept the replacement merely for personal preference.
