The item will be shipped from shanghhai within 3 days upon receipt of payment via international post. We usually accept UPS, EMS and DHL to dispatch goods. It will take about 7-14 days to reach you. Please allow a few days more in the peak season like Chinese New year holiday.

If you are not satisfied or the item is broken when arrive, please do not unsealed the packing and send back to us within 3 days, we will send you replacement. Postage will be paid by buyer.

If the range is in 10%-30%, we will give our customers a 10% discount or compensate for the damage. Once the customers agree with us, we don't accept returns.
