Firstly, Thank you very much if you are interested in our products. We are very grateful.

Please kindly be  noted that, delivering to Russia is very very slow, and it is very difficult, according to our experience, it needs about 3-5months to delivery a parcel to Russia, even though we choose Hong Kong Post Air Mail or Sweden Air Mail, which is faster.

If you can't accept such a long time, please do  not place the order. If you accept the delivery time, please kindly do not raise a dispute after only 20-40 days with the reason of"not receiving the order". No one can make it faster, because Russia Custom is very slow, and there's few flights to Russia, it is not fast.

When you place the order, it means that you know that the delivery is slow, we have no choice and no method to make the POST OFFICE faster, hope you can understand this, than you very much!

1, Due to the reasons below, we will give you back the refund after deducting the shipping cost:

Parcels returned due to the reasons of:

addressee (name and address) is not correct

you are not at home when delivery.

You do not go to pick up the parcel after the post office inform you.

You reject the parcel when delivery.

Due to your country custom.

 

 Whenever there's any problem during an order, please do not give us the low comments or 1 star or 2 star or 3 star, please kindly contact us and let's see how to deal with the problem. We ntact us can't accept the bad comments if you do not contact us before you make the bad comments. We have to see what's the problem and then we will help you to solve it.

And please do not raise a dispute so soon before you contact us, or before we solve the problem. If we really can't deal with the problem, and then you can raise the dispute. However, please kindly keep in mind that communication is very important during business, we should respect each other. Thank you!
