    1.For Airmail,we only ship by China post Beijing Channel,Beijing channel has less problem of parcel jam(overload),but it takes about 2-4 days to ship to Beijing,which means the parcel only could be tracked at China post website 4 or 5 days after we ship.
    2.For EMS,DHL and Epacket,telephone No.is necessary.we hope that every buyer could provide telephone.
    3.For DHL shipping,it is more often cause import duty than EMS,but we will declare the goods as gift and at about USD20 for single item.
    4.For Brazil buyer,CPF No.is very important for parcel clearance at Customs.

    How to return or replace
    1)To return or replace the goods,could please let us know the reson,please kindly understand.
    2)If it is quality problem,we will pay for returning cost,please send us the receipt you got from post office.
    3)If it is other problem(not quality),such as size. We only could accept for replacing,and the buyer need to pay for returning and reshipping cost.If you are willing to pay for our original shipping cost,we also accept for returning.
    4)If the value of the returned goods is more than USD250,we could pay for the replacing cost(only for replacing).
