But sometimes problems just occur.Such as the shipping of China Post Ail Mail or Parcel.They are cheap but very slow and sometimes even lose parcels.Especially for some special countries with difficulty of customs' clearance such as Russian Federation,Brazil,South Africa and remote countries in South America,it usually takes 35-45 business days to arrive there.Yet occasionally it may delay to 60,or even 90 days during hot shopping seasons because there are too many parcels stuck in China postal office.We feel really sorry and angry for the troubles caused to you.
However,better than being annoyed and opening a dispute at once,we do hope we can calm down and communicate at first.It's the China postal office to blame.And if we can talk and wait patiently,problems can always be solved.
We promise to you what we can do is that we'll always reply to you as soon as we can.We usually ship out orders in stock within 3 working days,and if any delay,we'll inform you in advance.For customers in remote regions,if you still haven't got the goods within the dealine set by the Aliexpress system,please always contact us to extend the payment time before the deadline,as well as we'll keep tracking your order and do the same for you.If there is any problem with the goods' quality or not as described in the product description,we'll make you full refund,resend the order,or accept goods return and afford the double-way shipping cost.But if not our products' problem,the customer is supposed to afford the shipping cost of both sending and returning.What's more,we'll send a little gift for our returning customers as appreciation.
