Shipment
1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING(Except some countries). 2. Items will be sent out after the payment verification. 3. We only send the items to confirmed order address.Your order address MUST BE THE SAME AS YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. 4. SHIPPING TIME is provided by carrier(not including WEEKENDS and HOLIDAY).SHIPPING TIME may be longer during holidays. 5. If you don't receive your items beyond 30 days,please contact us by Email or Trademanager.We will track the items for you and will solve it as soon as possible. 6. Because of the status of stock and time differences,if the items you order are out of stock,we will contact you on time to consult it.
Return & Refund
1. If the items have problems after you get them,you can contact us within 7 days and return them within 30 days since you get the items(This time will be according to the shipment tracking information).If you keep the items more than 7 days,the items will be considered used and WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE YOU REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.Both buyer and seller pay for the shipping cost in half. 2. All returned items MUST BE WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND ACCESSORIES.By the way,the returned shipment tracking number,reasons of returning,customers' ID is also needed. 3. We will give you full refund up to the conditions of the returned items(If the returned items are with original package,accessories and so on).Or,we can send you replacement to you after we get the returned items. 4. We will pay for all the shipping cost if the items are not the same as the description.
Warranty
1. 1 year Manufacturer's limited warranty for defective items(excluding the items damaged by human behavior). 2. Defective items must be returned within warranty period.You can contact us before sending back the defective items, telling us the problems and the transaction ID.The EXPIRED WARRANTY ITEMS WILL BE NOT REPAIRED OR REPLACED.
