1.How long will it take for my order to ship if I place it today?
We have a great shipping team and most orders are processed within 24 hours for items in stock ,if not , we may need 15-20 days to process it ,anyway we will ship the goods as soon as possible
2.How can I track the status of my order? Has it been shipped yet?
You can contact our Customer Service team and they can inform you on the status of your order, Also we will send you tracking No. to help you track it online (but need to choose a good Delivery )
3.Do you ship to place worldwide which very far away from city center ?
Yes ,for this situation ,you’d better choose DHL or Fedex. (But china post air mail or HK post air Mail these two logistic for small packing. Mostly of our goods big packing, they are bigger than China post or HK post air mail limited.) It takes about 5-7 days
FOR Brazil customer, when you order our product. You must tell us your tax duties number. Otherwise, we can’t send the goods to you without the tax duties number.
4.Can I ship orders to mulitple addresses?
No, we are not able to do split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations
5.What if I received a damaged or defective item.?
Please email us the broken photo. But don’t return the item, since the freight is expensive. We will instruct you on how to proceed with correcting your order. If you would like a replacement sent to you and the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment.
6.Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?
We do not require a signature. However, depending on the quantity of items ordered and delivery area, this may be at the discretion of the carrier
