Sales Policy

Product Description

Since we uploaded a lot of similar products everyday, sometimes there might be mistake on product description. If buyer found any unclear feature of products, you'd better contact us for double confirmation before placing the order. Anyhow, should there be difference inbetween item specific and product description, please subject to PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. We are all ears to buyer reminding or pointing out the difference so that we can revise product description in time.

Replacement Policy

MOBILE-BARN only accept replacement on condition that buyer just used it within 7 days after received and the product is still in new conditino, no scratch , no missing parts and in well-packed.  

Refund Policy

MOBILE-BARN only accept refund to buyer on condition that buyer should return the goods to seller specified address and only the product is still in new and good condition. 

Warranty

Most of the products are provided a one-year warranty. Should there be any defectiveness during warranty period, buyer should return the goods with prepaid postage to the address authorized by seller and tell us tracking number. We will fix the problem and ship back to buyer on our own expense then.

FAQ

1. Do I have to pay tax when I receive the goods ?

A: Most of our products are free shipping, and there are 2 ways of fress shipping: AIR MAIL and DHL. For air mail free shipping, you probably will not pay tax, but sometimes you might have to pay tax because of your local customs as they never trust the value that we claimed for the parcel. These countries includes GERMANY, ITALY, LUXEMBURG, PORTUGAL and Brazil.  For DHL shipment, as it is a kind of commercial express, though it is fast delivery, there must be tax caused, especially to those EU countries, there will be a tax named VAT. Any buyer who selected DHL shipment, that means he agreed to pay the VAT then. Please be noted and don't get trouble with us then. It is buyer's responsibility to pay tax when there is tax caused at local customs, as you are importing goods from China, Tax is what you have to pay, seller's price never included TAX. As a seller, we just help to undervalue goods and then buyer will pay little tax then. 

2. Do I have to pay shipping fee for repairing the goods ?

A: Yes, you must prepaid the shipping cost for your return items to be repaired. Please contact us for return address. 

3. When will I receive the goods after placing the order ?

A: Normally we need 2 to 5 days to process the order shipment, as we have to test all products before despatching, after we despatch, the shipment will reach you within 18-30 days by AIR MAIL, and 3-7 days by DHL. 

Important Notice

Due to Post Office Policy changes, Since October 1st  for any product with removable battery, their shipment can not be shipped by CHINA POST, HONGKONG POST and SINGAPORE POST. Therefore, we will ship by our new POST SERVICE which is called GLOBAL POST, it just takes a bit slow to have online information, but the delivery time is about 18 to 25 days on average. 

For any order with shipment by CHINA POST or SINGAPORE POST, we will all change shipment by GLOBAL POST. Please be noted. We promise that you can receive the goods as usual . 

With over 3 years' sales experience on Aliexpress, we found that some disputes are filed unreasonable. Let me state those situation as follows:

1. Dispute was filed on the reason that tracking number does not work.  Actually, mostly it is the buyer who does not know how to track it, sometimes it is because the destination country post office website did not update the tracking information instantly or their site was updating or can not support the tracking. For this kind of situation, we recommend buyer to contact seller first before they file dispute. Also be noted that sometimes tracking number will take long time to have online information because our carrier has lots of shipments to handle every day. 

2. Dispute was filed on the reason that some product description incorrect. As a seller, we felt sorry for this, but we also suggest buyer should understand seller who uploads so many items on the store every day by different workmates. We are human, mistake should be forgivable. We expect buyer well communicative with us and we will reach a fair solution to both sides. 

3. Dispute was filed on the reason that shipment got hold at local customs. For this situation, we have no guaranty. As a buyer, you should be well-known about your local customs policy when purchasing goods overseas. Paying tax is the buyer's responsibility, as buyer is importing goods from China. Please never file dispute on this kind of situation, as a seller, we just help to undervalue the goods , then the shipment will get through the customs smoothly, but this is not a 100% guarranty. Here we would like to remind buyers from GERMANY, ITALY and Brazil that if you are not willing to pay tax or have problem in clearing the customs, please never buy from MOBILE-BARN. Especially Germany buyers. 

As a seller, we are always trying to maintain the best seller-performance to our buyers, therefore, we hope all the buyers should understand us before you file dispute. Many trouble or misunderstanding can be resolved via friendly communication.
