Flashing Rollers Instructions
Please read the instructions and safety tips carefully before use.
1.Using a screwdriver,loosen the screws.
2.Hold both sides and draw apart.
3.Fit the wheels to the back of your shoe.
4.Push both sides of the wheels in firmly againest the shoe.
5.Romove the shoe carefully and tighten the screws.
6.Put the shoe on your foot and clasp the elatic strap as shown.
How To Skate:
Always keep one foot in front of the other.If you don't, you will fall.
*Getting Started :On a gentle slope,place one foot in front of the other and lift your toes. This is like taking the brakes off and you should start to move forward slowly. As you gain in confidence, give yourself a gentle push with your back foot to glider faster.
*How To Skate: Once you have mastered gliding, find a fast and practice pushing off. Take a small run-up then transfer your weight onto your front toot. Once you are moving keep your toes up and skate along keeping your other foot behind you. When you start to slow down repeat the procedure.
*Stopping :To slow down or stop is easy, lower the toes of your back foot so the sole of your shoe slides along the ground .
Flashing Rollers aren't easy.It is great fun once you get the hang of but like roller skating and skateboarding, it can be dangerous. As an absolute minimum we recommend you wear a helmet, elow pads and wrist guards.
*Always wear protective clothing.
*Stay away from roads and crowded areas.
*Avoid obstacles, stones and rough surfaces.
*Do not skate down steep hills.
*practice on smooth, flat ground.
*Do not attempt tricks or stunts.
