A claim for refund may be submitted if,
(1) the merchandise you received is defective (photos of defective merchandise are required to support the claim); or
(2) the merchandise you received is partially damaged due to shipping (photos of damaged merchandise are required to support the claim); or
(3) you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity other than what you have ordered, either an error on our part or due to withdrawal of merchandise by the local Customs office for inspection purposes.
When submitting a claim for refund, please specific the grounds upon which the claim is founded. In addition, you must provide documentation that supports the refund or credit request.
