Taxes & Customs Fees
Our prices do not include ANY import tax & custom fee. If parcel is sent back due to the buyer?s refusal to pay those fees, we would NOT resend until buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can't cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.
We will try our best to minimize the risk of paying taxes. As our experience, 90% can reach without paying any taxes, such as stating the item as sample & mark a low value.
Return & Warranty
Ordering from Winlink, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies.
Return within 7 days after receipt can be refund (exclude shipping freight)
Return within 14 days after receipt can be replaced.
Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.
All returns must be prior informed, we are not liable for any return package without prior notice.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form, which can be provided by the sales.
It's the buyer's responsibility to pay for return freight and ship the item back to us, while we pay the sending-way freight.
For non-defective returns, there will be administrative fee applied.
