Laser Pointers Pen Shipping:

1. The free shipping is via air mail,  if the package weight is more than 2kg or the package size is larger than 90CM,  we will use EMS etc or ship with two parcels or more parcels by air mail. Express like EMS, DHL,UPS and so on(Need pay extra money).
2. Instruction: the weight and size we marked in the package details is not the actual weight and size of the goods,  if you need to know the actual weight and size,  you just need to contact us.
3. We ship to worldwide(except Nigeria/India/ Egypt) at the same Freight.  The following is the air-mail approximate shipping time to different regions:

Laser Pointers Pen Return Policy:

1. We test every products and guarantee 100% working before ship.
2. If goods is defective after received,  customer has up to 30 days from date of receipt for exchange of new one.
In case of missing/defective parts,  please notify us no later than 7 days after you receive the item and we will arrange re-shipment of the item.
3. Buyer must email us for exchange before returning item ,  buyer pay all return shipping & handling fee and item must also be in its original box and packing.
4. We offer free repairing service within 1 year of purchase.  For the first 3 months of purchase,  we would pay one way shipping cost (from China to your place).  After 3 months of purchase,  the buyer has to pay 2 ways of shipping cost.
5. If the goods (total price including shipping is less than 10USD) has quality problems,  we will resend a new product in buyer next order;  if buyer don’t plan to make a new order in the near term,  buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask to resend a new product.

Tax:

We will try out best to let buyer will not face any problem regarding customs duty but in case you have charged any customs duty then buyers are fully responsible for knowing their import regulations and customs duty in their respective countries. We charge only Product cost and shipping cost!
