This IP camera has its own built in web server. You can view the video from your own home network or you can configure your router to view and control the camera from computers or cell phones on the internet, without dependence on any third party web sites or subscriptions.

For viewing or recording a single camera no software is required besides just your browser.

For viewing or recording multiple IP cameras the included MultiView software for PCs supports up to 4 IP cameras simultaneously.

Truly amazing to see the streaming video on your web enabled cell phone. For frequent use we recommend to upgrade your cellphone service to unlimited data. You can see motion even on non-3G phones like Sony Ericsson w580i. If your phone does not support video you can see automatically refreshing JPEG images.

At home, you can use this camera with your laptop or iPhone as a baby or pet monitor, and the very high light sensitivity in "moonlight mode" allows you to view out from a window to see what's happening in the street as long as there is some background light available.

For night vision in absolute, total darkness with no visible light, upgrade to IP-207W/IP-208W or outdoor series which adds infrared night vision and a higher quality, wide angle lens.

Wireless operation supports WEP, WPA, WPA2 encryption. On routers with UPnP feature the camera can set itself up automatically, and on routers without UPnP (such as Apple's Airport series) the camera can be set up with our step by step instructions

Return and Refund and Replacement

Items purchased from SUNSTONETEK are easily returned to our local fulfillment center in Germany, U.S.A within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

 These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products missing the accessories or damaged or used products.

We're happy to accept returns for the items that are shipped via our appointed shippers with standard shipments requirement. Please check with us before return and follow up with instructions for returning the item.

Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

However, if you have trouble with your ordered product after the return timeline has passed, please contact us.  We'll be happy to help you in any way we can, such as replacing the item under the warranty. Additionally, if you have a product that is eligible under the warranty, you can always choose to exercise your rights under that warranty.
