3. How about the package?

1) unstretched and unframed items, we will ship in roll. the paintings are well packed in hard tubes.

2) stretched or framed items, we will ship in hard boxes. it is also safe.

For many paintings, they are separated with protective plastic interlayers.

4. How about the shipping?

We are shipping paintings via EMS, FEDEX, DHL and EMS, it usually take 4-7days after sending.

5. Can I see some pictures of my painting when finished?

Yes, we usually take pictures of each finished painting and packed package on file. if you need to see it, just email us.

6. Can I customize the painting, and how much does it cost?

We are supporting customize any pictures and any sizes. The price depends on the sizes of the paintings and the complexity of the pictures. please email us and then we will quote for you accordingly.

7. Can I do Drop Ship of your store products?

10. What is your Return or Replacement Policy?

1) We accept  return in the following circumstances,

-Due to our packing or shipping error, the painting have been broken, scratched and so on when received, when you receive the packages from the courier, pls check and if any problems pls take clear pictures of the problems and send to us for negotiation.
-Due to our painting poor quality. our paintings are fit in with international standard, it rarely occured before.

 2) We do not accept your return in the following circumstances,

-Subjective preferences
-Damage due to human errors

-Little color differences to products on website

3) For return and replacement, please take pictures of received problem item and leave your explain. if the product is verified not damaged by human error, we are responsible for the all return and reshipping charges, but the whole dealing expiry time is within 7 days after you received.
