Processing time

Normally for small quantities under 120pieces ,processing with 3-5days ,for big quantities ,please contact us directly, price and shipping method can be negotiated.

For quantity less than 60 pieces , all items will be wrapped by individual plastic box ,then protected by foam, last ,with outer carton box ,all carton box is standard size 12#(13*8*9cm),sample picture as below.

 For quantity over 60 pieces ,your order will be wrapped by standard cpu pallet ,sample picture as below.

Shipping method & policy

For item quantities less than 50 pieces ,to consider saving your cost of shipping ,normally I will choose hongkong registered post air mail ,by this way ,you will receive the item within 15-40days around ( If items shipped by hongkong registered air mail , I will postpone receiving time upto 40DAYS ,to ensure you have enough time to confirm shipment and protect your money is safety)

Question: How can I get my order more faster when I buy quantities less than 10 pieces?

Answer: you can pay additional 26usd for express charge ,then your order will be shipped  by DHL,FEDEX ,TNT,UPS .

Question: Why I can not track my order with tracking Nos. at the first three or five days ?

Answer: please don’t worry if you meet this situation, this is normal condition, we shipped your order from Shenzhen to hongkong ,then hongkong post need time to process.all this need time ,normally will take 3-5days.

For item quantities over 50 pieces (50 pieces included), your order will be shipped by international express ,such as UPS ,DHL , TNT ,FEDEX ,( you will not be informed when which express will be chosen finally, unless it been specified by you in advance) by this way ,you will get item with in 3-5days whatever where you are ,and you can track your order live time ,tracking URL accordingly: (sequence according to first letter of express company)

If you didn’t receive the your order at last(over 40 days from date of your order left from hongkong) ,there are two options for you option:

You can ask us refund your money to you.

all duty of items at buy’s side is responsible for buyer’s , price of selling didn’t include any duty at buy’s end , for sake of need of buyer’s ,we can mention lower value of your order to reduce the cost of importation at buyer’s end, please inform us by message in advance if you request us do that.,all issue of customs at buyer’s are for buyer’s responsible.

Answer: Fisrt ,please don’t worry about this , for some area ,you may not receive your order within 27 days , there is safe method for you reference ,please contact us for postpone receiving day when it showed around 4 days (please advert to your order,thanks ), meanwhile I will forwardly postpone receiving date for the order un-confirmed.
