Applications:

Prepare methods:
1. Mixed Color master batch   Using it when needing various colors. Adding 0.2 percentage of total amount material.
2. Mixed 1A  to 1B well, Otherwise,some parts would not be cured. The adapted mixing time is about 3 to 5 minutes

3. could use thinner for decrease the viscosity,over 15 percentage of thinner, the abrasiveness, durability and adhesion force will be reduce. There tested before production is required.

4.remove the bubble in the blending system by vacuum pumping

5.heat cured at 120degree within 20 minutes, operation time 25degree within 30 minutes

Attention    curing reaction would be inhaibited by contacting with certain material such as amines, mitrogen,sulphur and tin components.

Drying methods

1. According to different thickness of silicone, the curing time is also different. Normal situation for mixing Part A to Part B  equal 1A to 1B curing time is 24hours with the temperature of 2degree  polyaddition cured process.
