The seller is very helpful and attentive, the product comes with an USB cable which you need to adapt to the power port while on the side of the backpack and then you're able to charge your device through your personal power bank. There are two handles on the backpack, one of them are filled with cushion. First day of use I noticed the great cushion of the backpack on my back, I carried too much weight and I didn't fell pain at the end of the day. Full of pockets and compartments, great to carry everything, since daily things to products. I highly recommend the product and the seller. Delivery from seller's warehouse in China to my address took exactly 20 (twenty!) calendar days. Very fast! No import duties paid. Came well packed.
