Error "Clock Not Connected" in SeTracker Application
After updating the SeTracker application, the error "Clock not connected" may occur if the parameters are incorrect.
If you encounter this error, follow our instructions:
First of all, you need to send a usual SMS to the phone number in the watch, observing punctuation:

ID: number from 10 numbers.
This number corresponds to the part of the imei number of the type xxxx1234567890x. The ID number must match the one specified in the application, then the profile menu > the list of devices in brackets beside the child's name.
imei: a unique number of 15 numbers.

ip_url:; - the server through which the clock works.
For SeTracker, this line should look like this and match the server you were registered in: Europe and Africa. You can correct the line using the SMS command, observing the punctuation: pw,123456,ip,,8001#
