I ordered by looking photos in Max Queen seller’s listing. He sent wrong pattern and even though it says free return, he did not accept return. Awful seller, very low standard seller, very poor product. Please do not buy anything from this seller. You will regret. I had to contact AliExpress customer service to get my refund but unfortunately even Dispute team, customer service & appeal team at AliExpress found to be incompetent to understand the problem. They always work in favour of seller as they get their fees from them not from us. People at AliExpress even do not understand English properly. I had to waste my 7 days to get refund. Very poor customer service, never expected from this service from AliExpress. AliExpress must focus on customer service not customer cheating. If you want to do business in UK, you must have people who are good at English language. Not happy at all with seller & AliExpress response. Hope that they will improve service. Very unpleasant experience.
