these work very well, in fact so well that you have to be careful not to pull the plug out with the magnetic cord. I also used some heat shrink tubing to secure the magnetic charging tip to the cord, now I don't have to worry about it working loose and getting lost.
My only complaint is that the plug could have sit more flush to the laptop
