This shipper is a scammer . I bought decors flowers since September last year and asked him to ship to Guangzhou. Till date I haven’t received it . Tried opening a dispute , Ali Express asked me to delete the dispute that they will contact him and resolve the issue , till date they have not resolved the issue . I haven’t received my package either . I don’t understand why Ali Express did that . I lost almost $70. I need my money back !
