Product is good and according with description. Product was very well packed in plastic bag and all ordered products in box that is visible at picture. The empty area in the box was filled with big plastic "balloon" bag (in the picture with no air as I free it while opening). Fast shipping: ordered 11/12, got 29/12. Didn't need to communicate with seller, but they send some offers and coupons. Highly recommend
