I would score these items lower if I did not actually really like the nails but I may not go back because it seems that there is always an issue with something missing out of my package and then I spend more money to buy the items again to avoid shipping fees but I did not receive my items that were missing from my first package for the same price as when I bought them and I do feel that that is unfair. For these reasons unfortunately I may not return even though I’ve made several purchases from them. I hope others have a better experience of if their order is messed up that they can at least get the items for the original price
