The item is as seen in the pictures, fits the phone model, complete with the soft ball and jewel hand strap. Unfortunately, there are some scratches on the strap metal holder but I guess it isn't too bad... {>_<} The order was shipped within 2-3 days and I received it in about 3 weeks.
