I was genuinely looking forward to receiving this purchase. However, upon shipment, the right elf ear was found damaged along the back. Not only is the material brittle, the packaging remained undamaged, so therefore this is a quality problem of the manufactured product. Any other purchases I require for elf ears will strictly be not from this seller again.
