On-time Delivery Guarantee

Every seller on AliExpress is required to provide On-time Delivery guarantees for each product sold on AliExpress.com.
If you have purchased a product on AliExpress.com (using our checkout and payment system) but didn't receive your products within the seller’s stated delivery time, you are eligible for a full refund.

Scope of Guarantee

All products on AliExpress.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don't receive products within the time.

Full refunds are not available for the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of AliExpress.com
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account (e.g. if you bypassed AliExpress and made a payment directly to the seller)

Guaranteed Protection Period

1. You can normally only submit refund requests before order completion; you can find the order completion time in your order details.
2. If the product has the Longer Protection guarantee, the period is up to 15 days after order completion.

Buyer's Rights

If you still don't receive your purchase within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

The following situations are not included if you completed your order:
1. You confirmed your order was delivered, but in fact didn’t receive anything
2. You didn't receive anything, but also didn't submit a refund request before order completion, and the order exceeds confirmation timeframe.

Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by sellers for every product they sell on AliExpress.com.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact the seller to resolve these problems (according to the seller's set of returns guarantees).
You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with seller.

Scope of Guarantee

All products on AliExpress.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described, before order completion.

The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2. Items that were delivered and are as described, but you no longer want. (You are still protected if the seller offered the Returns Extra guarantee)

Buyer's Rights

If your purchase is not as described or is of a low quality, you can return the item to the seller and get a full refund, or you can keep the item & agree a refund with seller (according to the seller's set of returns guarantees) before order completion.

The following situations for Buyers that completed orders but didn't follow the transaction process are not included:
1. Buyers that confirmed their order was received and had no problem, but in reality their purchase was not as described
2. Items that are received not as described, but the buyer didn't submit a refund request before order completion and outside the confirmation timeframe.

You can only request a refund if the seller provides the Longer Protection guarantee on this product. You have up to 15 days after order completion to do so.

2. If a seller sets no return necessary or you want to keep the product, simply agree the refund amount directly and ignore the return shipping fee.

Scope of Guarantee

Only products which have this guarantee on AliExpress.com are protected. Claims that an item is not as described are not covered by this guarantee.

Buyer's Rights

If you purchased a product with the Returns Extra guarantee, you can return the item before order completion, even if it is in perfect condition and you simply don’t want it any more.

The criteria of 'not been used and in the original packaging'

1. The products cannot be recovered once opened, and cannot be sold again.
2. Returned products should have the complete packaging as received, including accessories, invoices, tag, etc.
3. Products or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged cannot be returned.
4. Products that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed cannot be returned.
5. Jewelry, watches, accessories, glasses or similar products which have been used, customized, carved, changed or damaged cannot be returned.

Guaranteed Protection Period

The Guaranteed Protection Period allows you to submit a refund request before order completion. The order completion time can be found in your order details.

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests

Shipping Fee

1. If the seller has set Buyer Pays Return Shipping, you should pay for the return shipping fee directly by yourself.
2. If the seller has set Seller Pays Return Shipping, you can communicate with seller in advance about the payment method and return logistics method.
3. About the shipping fee of sending the goods, if it’s “free shipping”, then seller pays the fee and buyer can get full refund while sending back the original goods; if buyer pays the shipping fee, then buyer can only get refund of the product price.

Only products which have this guarantee on AliExpress.com are protected. Only the following categories are included in the guarantee:

• Jewelry
Participating sellers will assure that the jewelry they sell on AliExpress.com is genuine and match the product description.

• Computers, Communication Devices, Consumer Electronics, Watches, and other digital products
Participating sellers guarantee that the products they sell on AliExpress.com are genuine brand name products.

• Perfume
Participating sellers guarantee that the products they sell on AliExpress.com are genuine brand name products.

Buyer's Rights

If you purchased a product with the Guaranteed Genuine guarantee, found your item to be counterfeit, and negotiated with the seller before order completion (but had no agreement), you can request assistance from AliExpress.

If your complaint is approved by AliExpress, the seller will compensate you by paying you up to two times the total cost of the original purchase price (shipping costs excluded). AliExpress.com will also fully refund the cost of your purchase.

If the seller provides the Longer Protection guarantee, you may ask for refund up to 15 days after order completion.

Different product categories have different standards of compensation:

• Computers, Communication Devices, Digital Products and Consumer Electronics

Problem Compensation
Computer, communication device or consumer electronics/digital product is counterfeit. AliExpress will fully refund the amount paid by the buyer. The seller will compensate up to two times the amount of the order placed.
Accessories (e.g. batteries) are not genuine. 15% of the total amount purchased will be refunded to the buyer by AliExpress.
Accessories (e.g. earphones, chargers, data cables) are not genuine. 9% of the total amount purchased will be refunded to the buyer by AliExpress.

• Watches/Perfume

Problem Compensation
Watch/Perfume is counterfeit. AliExpress will fully refund the amount paid by the buyer. The seller will compensate up to two times the amount of the order placed.

• Jewelry

Problem Compensation
Jewelry is counterfeit or differs from the description on AliExpress.com. AliExpress will fully refund the amount paid by the buyer. The seller will compensate up to two times the amount of the order placed.
